  • Violate any laws or third-party rights

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others in the community (including our Facebook group)

We reserve the right to ban or remove access for any inappropriate or harmful behavior.

6. Payment & Access

Payments are securely processed through SamCart, Stripe, PayPal, or SamCart Pay. After purchase, you’ll receive immediate access to your course hosted on Kajabi.

Unless otherwise noted, access is lifetime and includes all future updates to the content.

7. Refund Policy – 7-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

To qualify:

  • You must have engaged with the course content

  • Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase

  • We may ask for feedback to help us improve

Refunds are not guaranteed after the 7-day window.

8. Disclaimer

Our content is educational and not a guarantee of results or income. Results vary based on your own efforts, business model, and market.

Storms and Stardust is not liable for how you use the information provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for:

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of our materials.

We are not responsible for any delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control — including natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, or internet service disruptions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

You agree that any disputes or claims will be resolved through binding arbitration in Arkansas, rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial. Each party is responsible for its own legal fees.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Storms and Stardust. They override any previous communications, proposals, or representations (oral or written).

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
